Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update
At ENT & Facial Plastic Surgery Center, we continue to make the safety of our patients a priority by monitoring the developments around COVID-19 (Coronavirus Disease 2019) and following the guidance of local, state and federal authorities. In order to safely treat our patients, we will uphold the philosophy of trying to limit exposure and spread of COVID-19 by offering our patients the option to visit their doctor via telemedicine and not have to come into the office. Patients can schedule their telemedicine/video visit through our call center anytime Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:30-5pm. For all patients who require an in-office visit with one of our physicians, limited appointments are available in some locations. Please contact our call center to schedule an appointment with one of our doctors.
Due to the recommendation of the CDC for social-distancing during the COVID-19 pandemic, we have altered our visitor policy. We are asking our patients to adhere to the following until further notice:
- Only patients being treated will be permitted into the office, unless being accompanied by a guardian/parent (for minors)
- All patients/parents will be screened for COVID-19 symptoms prior to entering the treatment area and required to wash their hands prior to checking in for their appointment
- If maximum capacity (10 people or less) in our waiting room has been reached, according to the social-distancing guidelines, some patients may be asked to return to their vehicle after checking in for their appointment until an exam room is available for their visit.
- Patients will be screened the night before their appointment via telephone to ensure that they are COVID-19 symptom-free of fever, cough, runny nose, shortness of breath, loss of taste or loss of smell. If patients are experiencing any of these symptoms, they may be asked to reschedule their appointment until they are symptom-free or schedule a telemedicine/video visit with one of our physicians in place of an in-office visit.
Thank you for your patience and compliance with our safety measures put in place for all of our patients during this pandemic.
